I bought a renewal for my OD-suite subscription, but its not reflected in my account, is that something I should worry about or will it sort itself on its own before my old subscription runs out mid-November?

I don't know if this has been requested before, but I was sitting here clicking away and realised something quite silly... When clicking on a post in "My Replies", why does it take me to the first post in the thread? If I'm trying to follow a thread, I'd obviously want to read all the new posts, not the full thread.

So, my request is actually two things:

1) Clicking on a thread in "My Replies" should take me to the first unread post in the thread. If I want to read the first...

I found a new favorite screensaver. It's not very remarkable in what it does, as it simply displays time and date, but the design just rocks my world.

Hit the link to go there.

I know, it really estimates the heterolevel, but it didnt make as good a title.

I wouldn't take it literally, but it's fun.

(Oh, click the link... obviously.)

IslandDog, I already tested you... 68% Hetero... I'm sure you had no idea!!

Zoomba and Zubaz at 61% Hetero.

I'm 73% hetero... so I beat you all

Impulsedriven is 1% Hetero!!! So I guess everyone who has claimed "Impulse is gay" was right  (Assuming it's male)

System maintenance, that must be a good thing...

Auslogics Boostspeed

Comodo System Cleaner

TuneUp Utilities

Glary Utilities

Iobit Advanced System Care

... I don't think using them all is a good thing ... Currently I have IoBit Advanced System Care ... I had it auto maintaining my computer for a few months, then I disabled it. It has been disabled the last few months now, and my computer is fine... Which indicates to me that it doesn't really do much for me... Perhaps I should...

I found this little oddity... eBoostr 3... I run vista, and thought "why would I need THAT? Readyboost is available". But man, was I wrong.

I suppose ymmv, but here's my experience (just by installing adding a bunch of software to the cache, and rebooting):

I plugged in a 16GB memory stick I had wasting space here... Assigned the whole drive as cache (even though they recommend only 1-2GB). When the cache was built, I manually chose firefox and a whole lot of the things I run at boot to be...

I dropped by giveaway of the day... Usually they hand out quite silly software, but today they have Glary utilities pro... I could even upgrade it to the latest version from the official Glary homepage after installation and retain all the pro features.... It's a really nice maintenance package, well worth the... free... pricetag.

13 hours remaining, and you need to install it today or it won't work. (which is the only catch, if you need to reinstall it at a later point, you will need to buy...

Here's a tiny little game for us all...

I'll state a very basic moral dilemma, you reply with your personal view on if the action described is "good" or "evil". After your response, add your own little dilemma to the game, and on it goes...

Here goes:

(As a non smoker) Treating your smoker friend a cigarr, even though we ALL know it's lethal.

To see if I can do it. And well, people let me optimize their systems, I need to find a working solution so I don't need to help them too often.

A clean smoothly running computer with a minimal amount of effort. The aim is to use as few different software components as possible.

How to achieve the goal:

Seems reasonable to use a freely available software suite. That way I don't need to have too many pieces of software running, and reduce risk of incompatibilit...
