Any answer given that is true and correct (as far as I know or in my opinion where applicable) will be marked with a  .

why is he called the Lone Ranger......when he always has Tonto with him?

If you were to get drunk in a country where the drinking limit is under 21 and went to the states and were still over the limit, could they arrest you for underage drinking even though you did not do the drinking in the states?

Did Noah have woodpeckers on the Ark?....and if so...where did he keep them...?

Are children who act in "R" rated movies allowed to see them?

red or blue?

No.

Geese fly in a "V" formation.

Why is one side always longer than the other side?

It's just the regular traffic jam.

at a movie theatre...which arm rest is yours?

None of them, they all belong to the theatre.

If you dug a hole through the centre of the Earth...and jumped in....would you stay in the centre because of the gravity?

Nope. The man eating grey klungbrook would eat you long before you reach the centre.

since bread is square...why is sandwich meat round?

It looks more appealing on the bread that way.

why is he called the Lone Ranger......when he always has Tonto with him?

"The Lone Ranger had nobody to talk to if he was a lone ranger," Striker says. "So it was suggested they create a sidekick for TLR. Script 11 introduced Tonto. And [he] was developed solely for the purpose of giving the Lone Ranger someone to talk to."

There you have it.

No they can't, unless it's illegal for a minor to actually be drunk. Ofcourse, if they take the car home from the airport, they can obviously be charged for drunk driving.

Bird cages tend to be efficient... And anything is possible in fiction anyway, so it's quite a moot questions.

As for the children, I assume it's the same thing as for any child. Their parents set the terms on whether they see a movie or not, not the rating.

Why is one side always longer than the other side?
Close,but no cigar.

The correct answer is: Because there are more geese on that side.

If you dug a hole through the centre of the Earth...and jumped in....would you stay in the centre because of the gravity?

Only at the end of the oscillations (a decaying sine wave function) of conversion of potential energy (max at the crust) to kinetic energy (max at the center) and then travel to to opposite crust (kinetic to potential). If there were no friction, this would represent a perpetual motion pendulum...but there's always some guy eating something to interfere.

sydneysiders
since bread is square...why is sandwich meat round?

That's how it's extruded.

sydneysiders
why is he called the Lone Ranger......when he always has Tonto with him?

He's the Lone Ranger because all the rest of his Company were killed in an ambush. Tonto (his childhood buddy) saved him, taught him Indian ways and invented the silver bullets (more accurate).

No, they couldn't: Jurisdiction. If however you decided to drive, or cause a commotion...that'd be a different story as those violations occured in that Jurisdiction.

Did Noah have woodpeckers on the Ark?....and if so...where did he keep them...?

Yep...and that's how the flood ended: They pecked holes in the Ark, water flooded in and it came to rest on Mount Ararat. As the water rose (inside) it dropped (outside) and when the Ark filled, the people, animals exited.

Alternatively, the Ark sank and everything died, and the Cylons win.

Alternatively...No: He had the real peckers.

I would think it was the knife that eventually sliced the first bread into slices. The best thing couldn't be there without it.

Suicide bombers. What makes them tick?

No tick, no bomb. No bomb, no suicidebomber. No suicide bomber, No tick.

All of the sudden some easily manipulated miserable bloke pops up and spoils a perfect catch 22...

But really, anyone can be pushed over the edge of their own morale in bad enough circumstances.

(There's another answer, but I don't want to turn too political here...)

Why do people constantly return to the refridgerator in the hope that something new to eat will have materialised?

Well, if you wait long enough something *will* materialise in there. Not very many would actually eat that though.

The real issue is that they miss their parents. As a kid, food tend to get delivered to the refridgerator at regular intervals by "magical" means.

If you put a chameleon in a room full of mirrors.....what colour would it turn?

Depends on how the mirrors are faced, and the lightning...

Are children who use sign language allowed to talk with their mouth full?

Generally, no. Ever heard a parent whose children stop eating? They'd have to put down the tools to be able to sign...

But even deaf people tend to mouth words when they sign... (I have no clue what the proper word is for silently moving the lips as if speaking)

my question arose from the old old saying.....if something is selling well.....it's 'selling faster than hotcakes'...
